So what to do, what to do....
What do you tell yourself when surrounded by negative and all you wanna do it be positive?
You say, self, MY choice is to look at the bright side.
You say, self, I empathize but do not internalize their feelings.
You say, self, I see their point, but I'm not gonna go there.
It's all about choice, people.
Do you realize that what you do is all about choice.
You can CHOOSE to be a victim, or you can CHOOSE to overcome.
You can CHOOSE to wallow, or you can CHOOSE to look up and keep up.
I like choices.
I choose to keep going when I don't want to and I choose to succeed!
And now, I choose to go to bed.

Man, I'm Lucky.
I look around and sometimes I am so confused.
It's so hard not to wonder... why this, why that, how come this or that.
But is it my role to wonder? Or just to love.
I am lucky that I don't have to be mystified all the time. I know what's what.
I am lucky that I want to be more.
I am lucky that I can be more (really anyone can).
I am lucky that I can teach my children how to become more.
What is this more you speak of, you ask.
Whatever. Whatever you want it to be.
I just know I can do more.
Sometimes I don't know how -
Sometimes I feel like I can't - but then I remember that I can.
I need a clear concise plan. I need to trouble shoot and figure things out.
That is hard to do sometimes.
But I'm lucky I can and will do it.

Looking Up!
Wow -
its only been 2 weeks or so since the last entry. It sure seems longer than that.
I have been focusing on a pos attitude and it's working.
I went to the lib too and borrowed a book called "Failing Forward" by John C Maxwell and it's great. Tips on how to change your perspective about failures. Just what I needed.
I am moving my business forward. Always fun.
And challenging MYSELF to keep a positive attitude towards it.
I am putting boundries on myself in terms of 'shut down time' as I call it and it's working. More sleep = less cranky more focused mommy.
All in all, things are going well.
Lots of pos self talk and affirmations and REFUSING to let my fear control me.
In the book i'm reading there is a line that has stuck with me in particular.
"Act your way into Feeling".
Like you can't really expect to wait to feel motivated... then all of a sudden want to do something. You have to do it first. Then the feeling will come.
off to watch Scooby Doo!
